Furry Scholars is created for people that want to do more with their dogs. This will be a fun class for you and you best pal. We will be teaching pups how to communicate using buttons, read, distinguish between colors, close a door, and a couple of tricks.

Furry Scholars is created for people that want to do more with their dogs. This will be a fun class for you and you best pal. We will be teaching pups how to communicate using buttons, read, distinguish between colors, close a door, and a couple of tricks.

Class includes focus, touch, sit, down, leave it, drop it, wait, come, emergency recall, loose leash walking, and settling. We will cover potty training, chewing, mouthing, jumping, counter surfing, husbandry, and more.

Class includes building all previous cues by incorporating distance, duration, and distractions. This level will be preparing handlers and dogs for the AKC Canine Good Citizen title. The level concludes with the CGC evaluation for those that are interested. New cues for this level are place, center, tuck, stay, side, heel, and remaining calm in the presence of other dogs and people.
